Overcoming Panic Attacks
Are panic attacks crippling your social life? Hyperventilation, a racing heart, feeling nauseous, and an over-all sense of losing control are all symptoms of a panic attack. They are quite often described as sudden onset of feelings of intense fear or anxiety.
Hypnosis is very effective in helping to alleviate panic attacks by helping you to relax. And at the same time, by reframing your mind in such as way that the subconscious no longer finds situations to be as frightening or stressful as previously thought. To make it possible to maintain clear logical thinking in a panicked situation.
2. You will be taken to a system that allows you to pay online. Once the payment is complete, you are forwarded to a page which will allow you to download your file.
3. When the option to play or save is displayed, select 'save'. Save the file to a location on you computer such as 'My Documents'. You can also download the file by using the right mouse button and selecting 'Save target as'.
4. Either load your therapy to your Mp3 player, or run it directly from your computer. Please do so in a place in which you can relax completely. The best place is your bedroom just before you go to sleep.
