Out of Body Experience

You may have heard of the Out of Body experience some people feel whilst at the dentist or even on the operating table. The idea is nothing new. In this experiential you can achieve the same experience and learn to develop your self hypnosis skill through this practice.

What to do next:

3. When the option to play or save is displayed, select 'save'. Save the file to a location on you computer such as 'My Documents'. You can also download the file by using the right mouse button and selecting 'Save target as'.

4. Either load your therapy to your Mp3 player, or run it directly from your computer. Please do so in a place in which you can relax completely. The best place is your bedroom just before you go to sleep.
