Your delivery date is approaching. You can start using this a month before your due date. You are going to create peaceful and relaxed environment in your mind during the delivery process.
This therapy trains you to engage that environment when you need it. You will enjoy a happy birthing experience as this moment of fulfillment completes.
2. You will be taken to a system that allows you to pay online. Once the payment is complete, you are forwarded to a page which will allow you to download your file.
3. When the option to play or save is displayed, select 'save'. Save the file to a location on you computer such as 'My Documents'. You can also download the file by using the right mouse button and selecting 'Save target as'.
4. Either load your therapy to your Mp3 player, or run it directly from your computer. Please do so in a place in which you can relax completely. The best place is your bedroom just before you go to sleep.
